Seven Days Personals - Introducing: Vermonters

When you create a new membership (whether paid or unpaid) at sevendaysvt.com, your Personal Profile Page is created from the Profile Information you provide us, and other personal information you choose to include, such as any photo(s) you choose to upload to sevendaysvt.com. During the registration process, you create your "username" and password and provide certain information, such as your first and last name, city of residence, zip code, email address, birth date and gender ("Profile Information"). Certain of your Profile Information, such as your full name, is not published in the Personal Profile Page available for viewing by others. We use certain of your Profile Information to service your membership (whether paid or unpaid), including the use of your email address in order to provide you with information about sevendaysvt.com and/or the status of your membership (whether paid or unpaid). You may opt out of certain mailings by accessing "My Account" and checking the appropriate box.

If you place an order for a membership, service or product that requires payment, we may also collect your billing address, the shipping address, credit card information, and in some cases, telephone number. This information will be used to process your order and if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your order. We do not retain any of your credit card information. You agree and acknowledge that your order may be processed, fulfilled or serviced by third parties other than Seven Days and you understand that such third parties are not limited by this site in their use of the information provided to them to process, fulfill or service your order. Therefore, in order to process, fulfill or service your order, you expressly consent to our sharing your information with any necessary third parties.

We do not share your contact information with third parties for promotional or any other commercial purpose. In certain circumstances, we may disclose to third parties your Profile Information and any other information we have collected from or about you, or that you have submitted to us, as Seven Days determines necessary or appropriate, in our sole discretion, in order to: (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, including court orders, search warrants and subpoenas; (ii) protect and defend our rights and property; (iii) enforce this Agreement; (iv) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of this website; and (v) protect the interests, rights, property or safety of Seven Days, this website, its members, users, employees or the public.

This website may also collect non-personally identifiable information including, without limitation, information regarding your operating system, browser, domain name, and your navigation through and from this website. This information is collected in the aggregate and use to improve this website and for other business purposes. Seven Days may provide such aggregate information to third parties.
