I would describe myself as down to earth, open-minded, with a sense of humor.I'm an school counselor so I believe it's important to practice what I teach. Kindness, empathy, compassion, listening, honesty,and playing well with others are all qualities I possess. I've found a sense of balance in my life and I'm ready for the next adventure.My work keeps me grounded, my son keeps me filled with joy, and the path I'm on keeps me humble and inspired. Hiking, running, skiing, disc golf, and soccer are what I do to take care of myself. Star gazing, staring at a fire while listening to The Beatles, being mindful, good coffee, and practicing random acts of kindness are also what I do to take care of myself. I try to live simply, intentionally, and with integrity.
