Seven Days Personals - Introducing: Vermonters

I am an elder in chronology, though full of childish wonder at our physical and cultural environments. My profession is that of an explorer of psyche and a lover of the earth. To live out my remaining years with companionship is the reason I have chosen to show myself on this site, in spite of introversion and fear of exposure. Noted upfront, I do not drink alcohol, use cannabis, or any psychotropic substances. It hasn't always been thus, but now I prefer to be clear. It's the greatest high of all. I know that can be a non-starter for some. If any of this resonates with you, perhaps we will have a reason to communicate. If not, I wish you well.
I am recently divorced, which was the source of great sorrow and pain for me, something I never wanted and the dynamic of which remains a mystery to me. Because of that tragedy, my ex-wife and I had to sell our beautiful organic livestock farm in Vermont. I am now seeking to purchase another property so I can resume my passion for regenerative agriculture. I am also a full-time psychotherapist with offices in Burlington and Montpelier Vermont. I am passionate about living in this unique and quirky sanctuary of a state and intend to stay here as long as I'm alive. I'd love to have a partner to join me and to share some of what each of us might bring to a meaningful relationship. I include among those interests, though not exclusively, classical music, opera, visual arts, literature, and of course, Freudian/Jungian psychoanalysis and the confluence of body and mind.
