Might as well face it, I'm addicted to... fixing our democracy, healthy eating, gardening, exercise, listening to great non-fiction books and good & deep conversation with others.

People always tell me I'm... looking younger and fitter than most at my age.

What is the one thing that you love that everybody else hates? Nothing.

I would describe my fashion sense as... functional, useful, and decent-looking.

On a Saturday night you will most likely find me socializing with friends or reading, writing and in bed early.

I consider myself an open-minded person, but my deal breakers are smokers, heavy drinkers & drug users and those who don't prioritize fairness, equality, inclusiveness & opportunity for all.

I couldn't live without companionship, love, exercise and a sense or hope that I'm helping to make our world better for others.
