Honest, kind, funny, adventurous, curious
I'm not-long retired from working as an advocate on behalf of consumers for 21+ years. it was satisfying being able to spend most of my working life trying to help people, and I'm grateful now to be moving on to experience the next phase of my life. I'm comfortable being on my own but want to share adventures and experiences with someone; sharing life events with friends or a companion is food for my soul. I love watching the sky for meteor showers (the Perseids are my favorite). I love gardens (although not a great gardener myself, I keep trying); I've traveled to Europe several times and seen magical and beautiful places. I'm a singer and love listening to live music. I'm curious about many things and love to hear people's stories. Mostly I want to experience life with someone I'm compatible with who is kind, intelligent, likes to laugh, listens well and loves exploring new places and things; ideally starting off as a friendship that grows to a deeper and more caring relationship.
