Just me, no one else
Some of my interests are: yoga, basketball, traveling, napping, chatting (when I'm in the right mood), artmaking, card games, hiking ... and more!
I think of myself first and foremost as a human being. Every day I strive to accept and learn from all that comes along with being somebody.
One thing I love is traveling. It’s the reason I ended up majoring in Hispanic Studies at university. When I was eleven I went on a family trip to Spain. I fell in love with Barcelona and dreamed of returning on study abroad. The year after high school I volunteered in a remote village in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. I lived in a monastery for six weeks, teaching English and running a summer camp. When it came time to choose a location to study abroad things had changed from when I had been there. The Euro had been adopted and the cost of living in Spain had gone up immensely. So I changed gears and decided to live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I spent two semesters there; I was lucky because all my classes were pass/fail so I didn’t have to spend too much time on them. Instead I traveled around the country, all the way from Patagonia in the south to Iguazu Falls, a gorgeous immense tropical waterfall on the border with Brazil. A few years later I visited my brother, who was studying in Athens, Greece. We ran the original marathon together and visited an island called Hydra.
