I love the adventure of life! I am a fit and healthy single man working as a mental health clinician with children and families since 2009. I love the outdoors, especially through hiking, telemark skiing, camping, and just spending time in nature. Although I am an introvert, I enjoy spending social time with friends I've cultivated good relationships with. I am a deep thinker, but I love to laugh, and can usually find the humor in any situation. I enjoy cooking, and do my best to practice mindfulness, including daily meditation. I am a voracious reader, and I also like games, puzzles, and watching movies. I love to travel, enjoying everything from simple day trips to traveling internationally to learn about and experience different cultures. I am well-grounded after years of working on becoming the person I want to be, and though the growth never ends, I believe I have a lot to share with someone else.
