Seven Days Personals - Introducing: Vermonters

Originally from Boston, I fell in love with Vermont during my UVM days and never left. I have always been an entrepreneur (started several fresh food companies) and currently work with gardens under glass, where I am able to draw inspiration from nature.

To continue my passion for good food, I recently developed a superfood energy bite. One of the best parts, beyond the creation phase is the chance to connect and network in community, both with my plant art and other local food companies.

I have many interests, including figure-skating year-round, cooking, gardening, performing arts, hiking, and yoga. To keep things in balance, I love escaping to NYC to see family.
Scotland, Morocco, and Japan are definitely on the wish list.

My home is an oasis, surrounded by water. Some of my daily neighbors might include a beaver, a heron, or the occasional bear—hopefully in the far meadow!

My life is full and good, but finding love again and dreaming that life together would be pretty wonderful.
