Seven Days Personals - Introducing: Vermonters

Family is at the center of my world. I adore my kids and grandkids, and my two Labs are pretty high on the list too. I’ve built a life I’m proud of, and as retirement gets closer, I’m excited about what comes next—especially traveling, exploring new places, and hopefully finding someone special to share some of those adventures with.
I’m happiest in warm weather, preferably near water. Give me the ocean, a swimming pool, a beautiful sunrise or sunset, and I’m content. Water and fire are my favorite elements—whether it’s swimming on a summer day or sitting by a fire at night.
I’m a sports fan and genuinely enjoy watching tennis, basketball, and baseball. I’m especially loyal to my Celtics and Red Sox. I also love music and just about any kind of live performance—there’s something special about experiencing music, theater, or entertainment with a crowd.
I care deeply about people and believe we should help others when we can. Kindness matters to me, as does having a sense of humor and treating people well. I love to laugh.
At this point in life, I’m not looking for someone to complete my life—I already have a pretty full one. I’d love to meet someone kind, emotionally steady, curious, and fun who wants to enjoy this next chapter together. Sunshine, travel, laughter, live music, a ballgame, an ocean view, and someone wonderful beside me sounds pretty good.
