Seven Days Personals - Introducing: Vermonters

I find this task a bit tedious but I’ll do my best.
I consider myself to be a student of the world in many ways and learning as I go.
I work in education and have for the vast majority of my adult life.
I enjoy books, libraries, museums that are both refined and quirky, bar trivia, summer days at the lake, trying new foods, small trips with friends, exploring new places, history, psychology, volunteering, sports, and quiet evenings at home.
My daughter is my greatest joy and her activities keep me busy.
I have been out of the dating scene for a very long time, but am hoping to connect with someone who is both interested in simple joys and authentic communication.
It is difficult to fully encapsulate who I am in these snippets but welcome conversation of all kinds.
