Here and now
I hike, ski, and cycle the hills, watch the changing shape of clouds, eat local food, travel to the coast and love my daughter, my dog, friends and family. You are full of curiosity and have a indestructible spirit.
I enjoy being active outdoors in all seasons, then sitting by the stove resting and admiring silence. We speak dog and are fluent in play.
I am spontaneous and creative, and full of spark, usually in the midst of art or writing projects and exploring outdoors with my dogs. Are you engaged in your life and continually learning? Sometimes it feels like my life as a social worker, yoga instructor, mother, and artist, is buoyed by some benevolent presence; everything just working out in a better way than I could have ever imagined.
