I saw you in your long yellow kayak on the La Platte River; we talked about how far you could get upstream before the beaver dams stopped you. 2:30 ish on Sunday Aug 9th. We passed each other running on the bike path and you had the sweetest smile on your face despite the horrid heat! About 30 minutes later I saw you on the sidewalk and you were sitting petting a cat, still with your cute smile! I stopped and pet the cat a bit with you but you got a phone call and walked off.
